Fully Automatic Centrifugal Dehydration and Deoiling Machine

Introduction
This commercial fully automatic centrifugal dehydration and deoiling machine features fully automatic tilting discharge. Equipped with a unique three-legged pendulum structure and a two-stage counterweight shock absorption system, it offers fully automatic tilting discharge without the need for manual intervention, saving both time and labor.
The entire unit is constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel. The frame, inner drum, and outer drum are made from thickened stainless steel of varying specifications, ensuring both durability and food safety. By integrating digital automatic control, soft-start technology, and automatic electromagnetic braking, the machine operates stably with low noise and achieves high dehydration and deoiling efficiency.
Working Principle
This machine utilizes centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid separation. When the drum (inner chamber) loaded with material rotates at high speed, the water or oil adhering to the surface of the material is subjected to centrifugal forces far greater than gravity, forcing it to be flung away from the material’s surface. It is rapidly discharged through precision perforations in the inner chamber, collected at the bottom of the outer chamber, and then discharged through a discharge pipe.
To completely eliminate vibrations caused by uneven loading during the centrifugation process, the equipment employs a non-uniform weight lower suspension structure consisting of a two-stage balancing weight system, shock-absorbing springs, and automotive-grade shock absorbers. Combined with a classic three-legged pendulum-style frame, this design dynamically absorbs unbalanced forces in all directions, enabling smooth, “foundation-free” operation.
The spindle system is equipped with multiple bearings, supported at the lower end by thrust ball bearings to reduce wear and conserve power; the drum is installed with a tapered fit to the spindle, ensuring alignment accuracy and dynamic balance during high-speed rotation.

Structural Components
- Frame and Vibration Damping System: Three-legged pendulum-type frame + two-stage counterweight system + vibration-damping springs + automotive-grade shock absorbers; no concrete foundation required; can be placed on any level surface.
- Outer and Inner Tanks: The outer tank is made of 5 mm thick stainless steel plate, while the inner tank uses 1.5 mm thick perforated stainless steel plate. The hole diameter can be customized based on material size (Φ2 mm–10 mm) to prevent material leakage or blockages.
- Fully Automatic Tilting Discharge System: Driven by an electric actuator or hydraulic system, with a tilt angle adjustable from 0° to 110°. Discharge time is 10–20 seconds, and the system can be linked to an external conveyor belt.
- Main Shaft and Bearing Assembly: Manufactured from high-quality alloy steel, equipped with multiple radial ball bearings and a thrust ball bearing at the lower end, ensuring low operational wear and high load-bearing capacity.
- Chassis and Drainage: The chassis is made of high-strength cast iron, with the drain pipe located beneath the chassis for smooth drainage; the base plates and column feet are also cast iron, providing a low center of gravity for the entire machine.
- Lifting Arm: Constructed from thickened steel plates with welded joints; the welded and cut surfaces are smooth, facilitating easy cleaning and reducing the risk of corner abrasions for operators; the lifting process is smooth, facilitating daily maintenance and drum replacement.
- Control Panel: Features a text-and-icon design with an LCD display showing operating time, making it easy to remember and operate; equipped with independent function switches (start, stop, and timer settings).



Instructions for Use
- Inspection: Before use, check that all components are in good condition and that the drain pipe is unobstructed.
- Loading: Load the material to be dehydrated into the inner basket manually or using a hoist.
- Settings: Set the spin time (typically 5–10 minutes) via the LCD control panel; this can also be adjusted based on the type of material.
- Start: Press the “Start” button; the machine will accelerate smoothly to the set speed and automatically complete the dehydration/deoiling process.
- Automatic Discharge: After centrifugation stops, the braking system securely locks the inner drum; the tilting mechanism activates, allowing the material to slide naturally by gravity into the lower receiving trough, material cart, or conveyor belt.
- Reset: Once unloading is complete, the tilting mechanism automatically returns the drum to a vertical position, ready for the next cycle.
