Wanzhi Machinery Commercial Fully Automatic Centrifugal Dehydration and Oil-Removal Machine is a highly efficient solid-liquid separation device designed specifically for the food processing industry. Working Principle

This machine operates on the principle of high-speed centrifugal force. An electric motor drives the dehydration chamber to rotate at high speed, causing moisture or fat within the ingredients to be rapidly flung outward under centrifugal force and expelled through perforations in the chamber wall. The separated liquid is promptly discharged through a large-diameter drain outlet, thereby achieving thorough dehydration or defatting of the ingredients.

The equipment is equipped with an adjustable timer and variable-frequency speed control. Users can freely set the operating time and rotational speed according to the characteristics of different ingredients, ensuring optimal dehydration/defatting rates while maximizing the preservation of the ingredients’ shape and preventing damage.
