Introduction

This commercial vertical centrifugal dehydrator is specifically designed for food processing, central kitchens, pre-cut vegetable processing, and fruit and vegetable distribution. It quickly removes residual moisture from the surfaces of washed vegetables and fruits, meeting the requirements for subsequent processing steps such as air-drying, packaging, preservation, and storage and transportation.

The equipment utilizes variable frequency control technology and a photoelectric sensor system to precisely adjust the dehydration speed and duration. Constructed entirely of high-quality stainless steel, the machine features a robust structure and smooth operation, effectively enhancing the drying efficiency of fruits and vegetables, improving product appearance, and extending shelf life.

Working Principle

Upon power-up, the variable-frequency motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed. Under the force of centrifugal force, moisture adhering to the surface of fruits and vegetables is rapidly flung out and discharged through the drain outlet, achieving rapid surface drying of the produce.

Once the dehydration process is complete, the drum slows to a stop, making it easy to remove the produce. With the variable-frequency speed control system and timer, the rotation speed and dehydration duration can be flexibly adjusted according to the moisture content and texture of different fruits and vegetables, preventing damage to the produce and ensuring uniform dehydration and consistent results.
