Our Manufacturing Process

Material Selection → We use high-quality 304 stainless steel, with thickness determined based on pressure-bearing capacity and volume calculations.
Cutting and Rolling → CNC cutting ensures dimensional accuracy, while large-scale rolling machines form the parts in a single pass, minimizing the number of welds.
Welding → We use automated TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or plasma welding to ensure full weld penetration and a minimal heat-affected zone; 100% of critical welds undergo radiographic or dye penetrant testing.
Surface Treatment → The inner walls undergo mechanical polishing followed by acid washing and passivation; the outer surface can be finished with brushed, mirror-polished, or sandblasted treatments to enhance corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
Assembly and Testing → Installation of accessories such as manholes, valves, and breathers; performance of hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak tests; all test data is archived.
Pre-shipment Cleaning → Degreasing, washing, and blow-drying according to customer medium requirements, followed by sealing and packaging.

We support custom manufacturing based on provided drawings and can customize special interfaces, jackets, agitators, and other components according to CAD/3D drawings.

Sealing System	The tank top and bottom utilize specialized sealing gaskets, coupled with high-performance sealing devices at manholes and connection points, to completely prevent the intrusion of air, dust, and insects, ensuring the purity of the medium and its long-term storage stability.
Dual Hydraulic Valve	The innovative dual hydraulic valve arrangement saves time and effort during operation, with smooth and stable opening and closing, making it particularly suitable for frequent drainage or high-flow-rate operations.
Separate Valve	The valves and tank body employ a separate structural design, eliminating the risk of leakage and facilitating disassembly and cleaning, meeting hygiene requirements (food and brewing).
Breather (Filter-type Exhaust Valve)	A built-in filter-type breather automatically balances the internal pressure while preventing the entry of external particles and microorganisms, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the storage tank during liquid level changes.
Optional Accessories	Level gauges, temperature sensors, CIP cleaning balls, heating/cooling jackets, insulation layers, casters/outriggers/saddles, etc., can be configured as needed.
