Introduction
The Commercial Water Catalyst Fruit and Vegetable Washer is a highly efficient food purification device designed specifically for commercial settings such as restaurant kitchens, central kitchens, food processing facilities, and institutional cafeterias.
Our commercial water catalyst washer is capable of cleaning fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, and other food items, and is available in both single-tank and double-tank models. It effectively breaks down pesticide residues, removes hormones, eliminates bacteria, and provides deep cleaning for these foods.
Working Principle
This device is based on the core “water catalyst” electrochemical technology, which integrates physical fluid dynamics and photocatalytic mechanisms to form a three-step closed-loop purification process:
- Water Molecule Disintegration and Activation: The water catalyst generator processes ordinary tap water through a disintegration process, breaking down water molecules into a large number of hydrogen ions and highly reactive hydroxyl radicals. This is combined with nano-bubble aeration technology to expand the diffusion range of active agents and extend the lifespan of hydroxyl radicals.
- Encapsulation and Degradation of Harmful Substances: Nano-bubbles carrying hydroxyl radicals comprehensively envelop the surface and crevices of food ingredients, targeting and disrupting the molecular structures of pesticide residues, veterinary hormones, and antibiotics. Simultaneously, hydroxyl radicals strip hydrogen atoms from the proteins of bacteria and microorganisms, causing protein denaturation and inhibiting their activity, thereby achieving inactivation and antibacterial effects.
- Harmless Conversion and Purification: Degraded harmful substances—such as pesticide residues, hormones, and bacteria—are ultimately converted into water, carbon dioxide, and harmless inorganic salts, which are automatically released from the food.
