Our Solution

Low-Speed System: A 15 kW gearmotor drives a scraper blade that continuously cleans the tank walls and bottom, preventing residue buildup in dead corners. This system is particularly suitable for high-viscosity putty.
High-Speed System: Two 22 kW motors (1,500 rpm) paired with a double-layer dispersing disc enable rapid slurry wetting, agglomerate disaggregation, and reduction in particle size, while meeting the uniform coloration requirements for wall paint.
Optional Configuration: A slurry pump is provided for transferring finished products; legs and discharge ports are customized to fit the customer’s workshop layout; the 380V/50Hz electrical system connects directly to the local power grid.
Transaction and Payment: The transaction follows the EXW (Ex Works) delivery terms; the customer is responsible for arranging logistics and customs clearance.
Equipment Performance: High mixing efficiency, capable of handling materials with varying viscosities such as putty and wall paint. Features low-speed wall scraping and high-speed dispersion functions to reduce material waste and enhance production continuity.

The equipment has a total height of approximately 3.43 meters, with a tank height of 1.93 meters and a diameter of 1.5 meters.
