Introduction
The electrically heated stainless steel jacketed kettle is a double-layered stainless steel device based on the core principle of “electric heating tubes heating heat transfer oil, with indirect heat transfer from the heat transfer oil.”
With its highly efficient and uniform heating performance, robust and durable structural design, and extremely low maintenance costs, it is widely applicable to boiling, concentration, and blending processes in industries such as food processing, catering, and pharmaceuticals. Working Principle
- Upon power-on, the high-power heating element activates and heats up, directly heating the heat-conducting oil within the jacket.
- The heated oil circulates and transfers heat evenly across the inner pot.
- After absorbing heat, the inner pot transfers it to the materials inside, achieving the processing requirements of heating, boiling, and melting.
- Combined with a temperature control system, the power of the heating element is precisely adjusted to control the temperature of the heat-conducting oil, thereby enabling flexible control of the material processing temperature.

Safety Requirements for SS Electric Heating Jacketed Kettle Operation
- Dry burning is strictly prohibited: Ensure the heating element is always submerged in heat-conducting oil. Dry burning due to insufficient oil may cause the equipment to burn out or even start a fire.
- Beware of high temperatures: Do not open the interlayer access door while the equipment is running. Do not touch the hot pot or pipes with your hands to prevent burns.
- Grounding safety: The equipment must be wired correctly and reliably grounded by a professional electrician to prevent the risk of electric leakage; the power must be completely disconnected before cleaning or maintenance.
