Rational Structure
- Tank Body: Utilizes a cylindrical body and a dish-shaped top cover, ensuring structural stability.
- Conical Bottom: The 60° to 90° conical bottom design conforms to fluid dynamics. It promotes strong convection within the tank, accelerating the fermentation process, while ensuring the rapid and thorough collection and removal of yeast and impurities, greatly facilitating cleaning and waste removal.
High-Efficiency Temperature Control System
- Both the tank body and conical bottom are equipped with honeycomb (Millet plate) cooling jackets. This design increases the heat exchange area, significantly improving cooling speed and precisely controlling the temperature required at each stage of fermentation.
- The jacket is covered with a polyurethane (PU) insulation layer, and the outer sheath is made of fully welded stainless steel, effectively isolating heat exchange and ensuring energy efficiency.

- Inner Surface: Precision mechanically polished to a mirror finish with a precision of Ra≤0.4μm, resulting in a smooth and translucent surface that eliminates cleaning dead zones and effectively prevents wort residue and bacterial growth.
- Interface: Employs an internationally recognized sanitary quick-connect chuck interface for convenient connection, easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a contamination-free system.
