Structural Components

This storage tank consists of core components such as the main tank body, legs, manhole assembly, automatic breather, level gauge, and discharge system.

The tank is designed in either a vertical or horizontal configuration. The top of the tank is equipped with an automatic breather and a sealed manhole, while the bottom features a funnel-shaped drain structure and a discharge outlet. A transparent level gauge is installed on the side to facilitate real-time monitoring of the oil level.

Vegetable oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and is highly susceptible to oxidation and spoilage due to the material of the container and environmental factors.
