Working Principle

This machine employs a volumetric metering filling principle. The core process is as follows:

Feeding and Metering: The material enters the corrosion-resistant stainless steel gear pump chamber via a stainless steel hopper. A servo motor drives the gear pump to rotate precisely, using the positive displacement created by the meshing gears to dispense a measured volume of material.
Synchronized Bottle Feeding: Bottles on the conveyor belt are automatically aligned via a linear feeding track. Once the bottle-in-position photoelectric sensor detects that a bottle is in place, the PLC issues a command.
Filling Execution: The dual filling heads descend synchronously (if configured for the model). The servo gear pump rotates at a preset speed and number of revolutions, injecting a metered volume of material into the bottle through the filling nozzle. The servo system allows real-time adjustment of the filling speed, enabling “fast-slow” dual-speed filling to prevent foaming or splashing.
Bottle Discharge and Counting: Upon completion of filling, the filling nozzles close (to prevent dripping), and the conveyor belt transports the bottles out. The touchscreen allows flexible setting of the number of bottles to be filled and supports the ability to disable any individual discharge head, accommodating temporary single-head operation requirements.

Servo Gear Pump Assembly: The core power component of the equipment, constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The gears mesh precisely to ensure stable filling flow rates. It also features convenient cleaning and tube changing capabilities, enabling rapid material switching.
Stainless Steel Hopper: Used to store materials awaiting filling. All material-contact surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, ensuring no material residue, easy cleaning, safety and hygiene, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
Linear Conveyor Belt: Driven by a branded motor, it offers strong carrying capacity and smooth operation. Combined with a linear bottle feeding design, it accommodates various bottle sizes, with the conveying speed synchronized with the filling speed.
Automatic Sensing System: Equipped with high-precision photoelectric sensors for bottle entry and exit, it ensures no filling occurs without a bottle and automatically stops when the bottle is full. It supports segmented counting and filling.
Control Panel: Features an integrated design with a simple and intuitive interface. A single button controls equipment start/stop, filling volume adjustment, bottle count settings, and single/dual-head switching.
Sturdy Base: Constructed from high-strength materials, it is heavy-duty and highly stable, effectively reducing vibration during operation.
