Working Principle

This machine employs a piston-type volumetric filling principle, combining pneumatic drive with PLC logic control to achieve an automatic cycle of “bottle feeding—positioning—filling—bottle discharge”:

Bottle Feeding and Positioning: A chain conveyor transports bottles to the filling station. When the photoelectric sensor detects a bottle, the conveyor automatically stops, and positioning clamps secure the bottle body based on the neck height.
Mixing and Feeding: A rotary blade agitator continuously stirs the paste in the hopper to prevent separation and sedimentation; the material enters the metering piston cylinder via a high-quality rotary valve.
Metered Filling: The PLC sets the filling volume; a pneumatic cylinder drives the piston to inject the metered amount of material into the bottle through a drip-proof filling nozzle. The four filling nozzles operate independently without interfering with one another.
Anti-drip and Reset: Upon completion of filling, the anti-drip device inside the filling nozzle instantly cuts off the flow of liquid, ensuring no stringing or dripping. The conveyor belt then automatically resumes operation, transporting the filled bottles out while the next set of bottles enters the workstation.
No-Bottle, No-Fill: If the photoelectric sensor does not detect a bottle, the filling head automatically skips that station to prevent filling an empty bottle.

The entire process operates in an intermittent automatic mode with adjustable parameters to accommodate different bottle shapes and filling volumes.
