Vertical Stainless Steel Water Storage Tank Structure
- Tanker: Food-grade stainless steel (primarily 304, 316L optional).
- Support Base: Round flange base of the same material as the tank, or square base of carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating (for large-capacity tanks).
- Water Inlet and Outlet: Stainless steel 304 ports (DN15-DN50, depending on flow rate), equipped with ball valves or shut-off valves.
- Safety and Monitoring Components: Air vent, level gauge (side-mounted), safety valve (required for pressure tanks).
- Insulation (optional): Interlayer filled with polyurethane foam (50-100mm thick), covered with color-coated steel or stainless steel.
- Additional Accessories (Customizable): Ladder, stirring device (industrial use), disinfection port, etc.
