Working Principle
This equipment operates on the principle of combining negative pressure vacuum extraction with heat sealing. The entire process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer, and the specific procedure is as follows:
- Closing and Vacuuming: Place the packaging bag containing the items to be sealed flat on the lower work surface, with the bag opening positioned at the sealing bar. After closing the upper chamber, the vacuum pump starts to extract air from the chamber, removing the air from the bag until the preset vacuum level is reached.
- Heat Sealing and Pressurization: Once the vacuum level reaches the set value, the vacuum pump stops. At this point, the pressure valve opens, and the air bladder inflates to push the pressure bar downward, firmly sealing the bag opening. Simultaneously, the heat sealing bar is instantly energized and heated to fuse and seal the bag opening.
- Cooling and De-pressurization: After heat sealing is complete, the heating bar automatically de-energizes, and the pressure bar continues to hold the bag opening closed during cooling to ensure a secure and flat seal. Once cooling is complete, the vent valve opens, allowing air to re-enter the chamber, and the chamber automatically springs open, completing one cycle.

- Electrical Control System: Utilizes a new waterproof computer control board with a clear interface and user-friendly operation. Users can independently set parameters such as vacuum time, heating time, and delay time according to packaging requirements to achieve precise packaging.
- Vacuum System: The core component is the vacuum pump, which can be customized according to customer requirements. For example, an eco-friendly vacuum pump imported directly from Germany can be selected, featuring high vacuum levels (up to 0.1 mbar), low noise, oil-free operation, and fast pumping speed.
- Chassis and Mobile Components: The frame structure is sturdy, and the base is fitted with wear-resistant rubber swivel casters, allowing for flexible movement and positioning within the workshop to meet the needs of various operational scenarios.

- Vacuum Pump Maintenance: Regularly check the vacuum pump oil level; the oil should be filled to two-thirds of the sight glass. Replace the specialized oil according to the vacuum pump manual to ensure pumping efficiency.
- Daily Cleaning: Keep the interior of the chamber clean. Promptly remove any liquids or debris that have dripped onto the work surface to prevent equipment corrosion or compromised sealing quality.
