Equipped with an adjustable temperature control system, it precisely regulates pressing temperatures according to different raw material characteristics, balancing oil yield and quality. Suitable for over twenty common oilseeds including peanuts, sesame, walnuts, and flaxseeds, it achieves multi-purpose functionality to meet diverse oil extraction needs.
Usage Instructions
Preheating and Temperature Adjustment
- Power on and preheat before use. Set temperature based on raw material type and moisture content. Generally start testing at 200°C, then gradually adjust after observing oil extraction status.
- For hot pressing (e.g., peanuts, sesame seeds), temperatures typically range from 200°C to 260°C. For cold pressing (e.g., walnuts, almonds), maintain temperatures between 50°C and 70°C.
Temperature Adjustment Principles
- High-moisture ingredients: Appropriately increase temperature (e.g., set around 250°C for highly moist sesame seeds).
- Dry ingredients: Appropriately reduce temperature (e.g., set 200°C–230°C for sun-dried sesame seeds).
- Regional adjustments: In warmer climates, slightly lower temperatures to prevent scorching.
Pressing Operation
Always wait until the temperature reaches the set value before adding raw materials to prevent low oil yield due to insufficient internal temperature. Adjust temperature during pressing by observing oil color and residue condition:
If oil appears milky white and residue is soft and white, the temperature is too low; increase by 10°C–20°C. If residue is charred black and smoking, the temperature is too high; reduce appropriately.
Key Operating Points
- Cleaning & Maintenance: After pausing or finishing operation, press the “Clean” button to reverse the screw rotation and expel residue, preventing blockages. Once the machine cools, disassemble the screw for thorough cleaning to ensure hygiene and prevent issues during next use.
- Flexible Temperature Control: There is no fixed temperature value. Adjust dynamically based on raw material moisture and ambient temperature. For first-time use, start with a lower temperature and gradually find the optimal pressing point.
- Common Issue: Low oil yield often results from feeding material before reaching adequate temperature. Ensuring thorough preheating is key to improving yield.
