The round bottle adhesive labeling machine is a vertical, self-adhesive labeling machine made for round containers. You feed bottles in from the left on the conveyor, a pair of wrap belts spins each bottle as it passes the peeler, and the label goes on straight and tight in a single wrap. It handles water bottles, juice bottles, oil bottles, cosmetic jars, medicine vials and most other round shapes between 20 mm and 100 mm in diameter.
People pick it when a manual label gun cannot keep up, or when a semi-auto unit leaves bubbles and crooked edges. At full speed it puts labels on 200 bottles a minute with a placement accuracy of plus or minus 1 mm, which is enough for most export and retail runs.

Key components and the brands behind them
A labeler lives or dies on its sensor and control parts. The labeling machine uses named, replaceable brands rather than no-name boards, so when something wears out you can source the exact part locally.
- Delta PLC and servo system handle motion control and speed. The servo keeps the wrap belt and bottle speed locked together, which is what holds the plus or minus 1 mm accuracy.
- WEINVIEW touch screen HMI is where you set bottle size, label length and speed. Recipes save, so changeovers are a few taps instead of manual tuning.
- Leuze label sensor reads the gap between labels on the backing paper and triggers the peel at the right spot. It works with transparent and opaque labels.
- Omron bottle sensor detects each bottle at the entry. If no bottle arrives, the machine skips the label instead of wasting one.
- CHINT low-voltage electrics run the safety and power circuits, with standard breakers you can replace anywhere.
- VTV DC gear motor drives the conveyor and wrap belts with steady torque at low speed.
For the frame and parts that touch the product, we use acier inoxydable 304 as standard and 316L where the line runs salty, acidic or cleaning-heavy. Both grades come from our sister steel mill, so the material certificate travels with the machine.
How the labeling machine wraps a label on a round bottle
- Bottle in. Bottles ride the conveyor from the left. The Omron sensor counts each one and the spacing wheel sets a fixed gap.
- Label peel. The self-adhesive label feeds over the peeler plate. As the backing paper bends away, the label lifts off and waits at the applicator edge.
- Envelopper. The bottle meets a pair of rotating wrap belts. They spin the bottle against the held label so it rolls on evenly around the full circumference, no bubbles, no fold.
- Brush and out. A brush presses the trailing edge down, the bottle leaves to the right, and the next one enters. Speed scales from a slow single bottle up to 200 per minute.
The whole cycle is closed-loop: the Leuze sensor confirms a label existed before the peel, and the bottle sensor confirms a bottle existed before the apply. Miss either and the step is skipped.

It is a round-container labeler first, so anything cylindrical is fair game. The wrap action is what makes it suit bottles and jars that need a label all the way around.
