Performance and Features

Conical wine fermentation tanks are widely used in the pre-fermentation of red wine, white wine, rosé wine and sparkling wine.

The fermentation tank is equipped with cooling and heating jackets. According to different process requirements, it can realize automatic temperature control (heating and cooling) during enzymatic hydrolysis, clarification, cold immersion, hot immersion alcohol fermentation and apple-milk fermentation. It can be equipped with Maitreya plate, coil jacket and insulation according to user requirements.
