Introduction
The conical fermentation tank is also called “straw hat tank” or “trapezoidal tank”. It can reduce oxidation and increase the immersion strength during the fermentation process. The large manhole can be customized according to user requirements and the mechanical cap can be used.

Performance and Features
Conical wine fermentation tanks are widely used in the pre-fermentation of red wine, white wine, rosé wine and sparkling wine.
The fermentation tank is equipped with cooling and heating jackets. According to different process requirements, it can realize automatic temperature control (heating and cooling) during enzymatic hydrolysis, clarification, cold immersion, hot immersion alcohol fermentation and apple-milk fermentation. It can be equipped with Maitreya plate, coil jacket and insulation according to user requirements.

A: The conical bottom design facilitates the automatic settling of yeast and lees, reducing the need for manual cleaning; the stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant and provides precise temperature control; integrated fermentation and aging reduce the risk of oxidation.
A: Conical tanks are widely applicable for red wine (facilitating cap pressing and skin separation) and most white wines (low-temperature fermentation, easy clarification).
but they are not essential for certain specialized processes (such as the secondary fermentation of traditional method sparkling wine or wines requiring oak barrel flavor).
A: Small wineries/experimental brewing: 500–2,000 liters; commercial production: 5,000–20,000 liters. It is recommended to reserve an additional 20% capacity based on average daily production.
A: Stainless steel tanks are neutral containers that preserve the original fruit aromas of grapes.
A: Use food-grade acid and alkali solutions to circulate and clean it, paying particular attention to cleaning the conical bottom valve and welds. Perform deep disinfection at least once a month.
