Working Principle

This commercial meat slicer and shredder achieves efficient, precise cutting through its core “dual-motor drive + dual-blade assembly coordination” operating mode. The unit features two built-in 2200W pure copper core motors, each independently driving a separate cutting blade assembly. These motors deliver powerful yet stable performance, while the enclosed design prevents dust and food residue ingress, extending service life.

During operation, users select either shredding or slicing mode via dual independent switches, activating the corresponding blade set for high-speed cutting. Ingredients are placed on the large stainless steel tray and pushed through the feed inlet, protected by a safety guard. After processing, the enlarged discharge port ensures rapid, residue-free collection.

The dual-blade assembly stands as the core innovation. Coordinated operation of two blade sets achieves single-pass shredding without secondary processing, significantly boosting efficiency.
