Meat Slicer and Dice Machine

Introduction
This is a professional-grade, fully automatic meat slicing and dicing machine designed to efficiently and precisely cut fresh meat, poultry, and other ingredients into strips, slices, or cubes.
Constructed entirely from thickened 304 stainless steel, the equipment features a quick-release blade assembly and conveyor belt system. It delivers smooth, aesthetically pleasing cuts with neatly arranged ingredients, enabling direct integration into packaging operations to significantly reduce manual sorting costs.
Working Principle
This meat portioning and cubing machine employs an integrated automated workflow of “conveying-positioning-cutting-discharging.” Its core functionality relies on the precise coordination between the transmission system and interchangeable blade assemblies to achieve efficient and accurate food portioning.
After startup, operators simply place raw materials (fresh meat, bone-in poultry, etc.) steadily into the feed inlet. The feed conveyor belt then transports ingredients smoothly and at a constant speed to the cutting station without manual pushing, enhancing operational safety.
The cutting station is equipped with specialized blade assemblies (flexibly interchangeable based on ingredient type). Servo motors drive the blade assemblies at high speeds, utilizing an offset upper-lower blade design to achieve precise cutting. For skin-on fresh meat, the blade assemblies employ a “press-then-cut” technique, effectively preventing issues like skin separation, blade sticking, or rough edges during processing.
For bone-in poultry, the reinforced specialized blade assembly effortlessly severs bones while preserving meat integrity, preventing both meat fragmentation and bone detachment.
