Cream Cheese Production Line Solution

A fermentation, emulsification, and molding solution designed for cream cheese, processed cheese, and similar products.

Fermentation Stage: Fermentation and curdling occur in stainless steel fermentation tanks featuring sterile air systems and precise temperature control.
Emulsification Stage: Curd blocks are melted in a melting pot, then thoroughly blended with cream, emulsifying salts, etc., via a colloid mill or emulsifier to achieve a smooth texture.
