Packaging Process Flow

The coordinated operation of core components ensures a smooth packaging process, including the following steps:

Film Feeding and Bag Forming: Packaging film is smoothly conveyed via guide rollers and rapidly shaped into the initial form of flat or pillow bags through the forming unit;
Bag Making and Sealing: The film is formed into a tubular shape by the forming unit and sealed into bags via longitudinal and transverse sealing devices;
Precision Filling: A piston pump metering device injects material into the bag at a uniform rate according to preset parameters, preventing overflow or underfilling;
Unit Cutting: The sealed continuous bag is cut by a cutting device into individual packaging units;
Finished Product Processing: Automatic counting and batch number printing are completed simultaneously, ultimately outputting qualified finished products without requiring segmented operations throughout the process.
