Introduction

Wanzhi Machinery’s WZ-605/605S compact commercial fully automatic meatball forming machine is a high-efficiency device designed for commercial production. It achieves seamless processing from raw material mixing to finished product forming without manual intervention in intermediate steps. Commonly used in restaurants, food processing workshops, central kitchens, and similar settings. It is also an indispensable component in meatball production lines and meatball steaming lines.

Working Principle

  1. Mixing and Toughening: Pre-processed meat paste and seasonings are loaded into the chamber. The built-in mixing device rapidly rotates to achieve uniform blending of ingredients and seasonings while completing the toughening process of the meat paste.
  2. Screw Extrusion: A food-grade screw conveyor delivers the mixed meat paste to the forming die with steady, uniform pressure. This process minimizes air entrapment, preventing internal air pockets that compromise meatball quality.
  3. Rotary Cutting: High-speed rotating blades precisely match the die’s aperture size, instantly cutting extruded meat strands into spherical shapes. Cutting speed automatically adjusts to match the extrusion rate.
