Introduction

The Commercial Electric Rib/Frozen Meat Slicer is a CNC fully automatic cutting device specifically developed for commercial food processing scenarios. It delivers high cutting precision with German-imported blades, achieving a cutting speed of up to 210 cuts per minute.

It handles slicing and dicing requirements for ribs, frozen meat, steak, beef/lamb, cheese, and various fish varieties. Suitable for bulk processing in restaurant kitchens, food processing plants, and pre-cooked meal manufacturers.

Working Principle

  1. Material Clamping: Place ribs or frozen meat blocks onto the clamping-equipped feed tray. Secure ingredients firmly with clamps and material-holding plates to prevent shifting during cutting.
  2. Precision Feeding: A servo motor drives the feed table via a precision ball screw, advancing it along linear guides toward the blade at a controlled speed. This intelligent synchronization ensures consistent, precise thickness with every cut.
  3. High-Speed Cutting: The German-imported blade is directly driven by an electric motor via a reduction gearbox. It reciprocates vertically at up to 320 strokes per minute, slicing the fed ingredients into uniform pieces.
  4. Two Operating Modes: Continuous mode is suitable for ingredients with less stringent thickness requirements and lower material height, featuring continuous feeding for higher efficiency; intermittent mode intelligently calculates based on blade position, employing intermittent feeding to ensure precise and stable slice thickness.
