Introduction
This highly integrated, comprehensive, multifunctional process equipment integrates core functions such as extraction, concentration, filtration, and solvent recovery. Working Principle
This device performs automated, continuous operations within a closed system:
- Extraction/Reaction → Concentration/Evaporation → Condensation → Collection/Separation → Solvent Recovery → Precision Filtration

Structure and Function

1. Top Motor and Stirring Device
- Blue motor (top): drives the stirring paddle inside the reactor.
- Function: Ensures uniform reaction or dissolution of materials; prevents local overheating or precipitation.
2. Main Reactor (large center tank)
- Material: Stainless steel, jacketed or insulated.
- Function: Serves as the primary vessel for dissolution, reaction, extraction, and concentration.
3. Condenser (long cylinder on the upper right)
This shell-and-tube condenser efficiently liquefies steam, condensing the high-temperature solvent vapor evaporated from the main reactor into a liquid.
4. Condensate Receiver (small tank on the lower right)
Temporarily stores condensate (solvent) flowing from the condenser.
5. Vacuum Buffer Tank/Solvent Recovery Tank
This is the large tank on the lower right, which collects condensate (solvent or extract); It serves as a vacuum buffer to stabilize system pressure.
6. Bottom Filter (flat, round tank below the main reactor)
- below the main reactor, its structure is similar to a quick-opening filter press.
- Solid-liquid separation is performed directly within the kettle without material transfer.
7. Overall Frame and Piping
- Stainless steel frame with casters for easy mobility.
- Pipelines: Valves are installed to control material flow direction (discharge, reflux, filtration, or collection tank).
