Working Principle

- The strip-shaped ingredients are then systematically conveyed by the transport mechanism to the second independent blade assembly. Based on preset cutting dimensions, each strip undergoes precise dicing, ultimately producing uniformly sized cubed ingredients.
- The entire process relies on a gear transmission system and precise blade positioning to ensure smooth cutting without issues like blade slippage, angled cuts, or bone fractures. This design balances cutting efficiency with ingredient integrity.
