Working Principle

  1. Material Sorting: Operators select either the large or small vegetable inlet based on ingredient size for initial sorting.
  2. Smooth Conveying & Holding: Ingredients are steadily transported into the cutting zone via gravity and conveying mechanisms, ensuring continuous feeding.
  3. Core Rotational Cutting: Depending on the installed blade disc type (dice, julienne, slice), the high-speed rotating core blade assembly performs one-pass precision cutting on passing ingredients. Cutting thickness and specifications are determined by the blade disc itself, guaranteeing consistent output batches.
  4. Smooth Discharge: Finished products are centrally discharged through a streamlined outlet channel for convenient collection.
