Our fresh milk pasteurizing machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring both safety and durability. It is equipped with a precise stirring device to ensure even heating of the milk, effectively eliminating harmful microorganisms while preserving the active ingredients and natural flavor of the fresh milk.
The equipment’s capacity is suitable for small-scale production needs and can be combined with a pouch packing machine to create a complete fresh milk production line, enabling one-stop production from sterilization to finished product sales. It is an ideal choice for farms, small dairies, and fresh milk bars.

Structural Composition
This machine employs a double-layer water bath circulation heating structure with a scientifically designed layout to ensure precise and gentle temperature control while preventing localized overheating. Core components include:
- Main Frame and Base: Constructed from robust 304 stainless steel for safety and hygiene; the base provides stable support for the entire unit, ensuring smooth operation.
- Water Tank: Features a double-layer design. The upper layer is a hot water tank for heating and sterilization, while the lower layer is a cold water tank for subsequent cooling. The rear of the tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge and circulation waterway, enabling real-time monitoring of liquid levels to ensure efficient and stable water circulation.
- Milk Tank: The core working area, comprising the tank body, milk outlet, lid, and support frame. The outlet facilitates product discharge, the lid maintains internal hygiene, and the frame enhances load-bearing stability.
- Circulation Pump: Powers the water circulation system, ensuring smooth heat exchange for effective sterilization and cooling.
- Circulation Water Circuit: Connects components like water tanks and milk tanks, enabling efficient transfer of thermal energy for precise temperature control.
- Agitation Device: Features a specialized agitation mechanism with precision speed control for gentle mixing. This ensures extremely uniform heating of milk, delivering consistent quality.
