Core Equipment for Honey Production
This production line features a modular integrated design constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel. It offers simple operation, stable performance, high efficiency, easy cleaning, and low maintenance costs. To reduce investment costs, fully automatic filling machines can be replaced with semi-automatic models for manual capping. Additionally, foil sealing machines are optional, while labeling machines offer both semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations.

Honey Melting and Crystallization Tank
Utilizes a low-temperature circulating water bath principle to gently and uniformly heat crystallized raw honey for decrystallization. Precise temperature control ensures honey slowly returns to liquid form at the optimal 45-50°C, maximally preserving its natural active components from high-temperature degradation.

Low-Temperature Vacuum Concentrator
Reduces honey’s boiling point under vacuum conditions, enabling rapid evaporation of excess moisture at low temperatures (45-60°C). This process is more energy-efficient than traditional high-temperature evaporation and excellently preserves the honey’s enzymes, aromatic compounds, and original flavor.

Multi-Stage Precision Filtration System
Composed of coarse filtration, fine filtration, and other units. Utilizing high-mesh stainless steel filters, it progressively removes beeswax, impurities, and fine particles to ensure honey purity and a crystal-clear texture.

Homogenizing Mixing Storage Tank
Serves dual functions of mixing and temporary storage. Through adjustable-speed gentle agitation, it uniformly blends honey components for a consistent, smooth texture. It also functions as a buffer tank before filling, ensuring continuous and stable production flow.

Fully Automatic Quantitative Filling Machine
Utilizes high-precision pistons or flow meters for milliliter-level accurate filling. All parts in contact with honey are made of food-grade materials and operate in sealed or clean environments to prevent secondary contamination. Compatible with various bottle types.

Capping Machine
Automatically completes capping and tightening. Features constant, adjustable torque to ensure consistent, properly sealed caps, effectively preventing leakage. This is a critical step in guaranteeing packaging integrity and shelf life.

Aluminum Foil Sealer (Optional)
Provides a secondary seal for bottle openings. Using electromagnetic induction technology, it applies aluminum foil over the bottle mouth and instantly heats it to seal, significantly enhancing leak resistance, moisture protection, and anti-counterfeiting properties while elevating product quality.

Semi-Automatic/Fully Automatic Labeling Machine
Efficiently and accurately applies labels. Ensures precise positioning, smooth adhesion without bubbles, and adapts to various bottle shapes. Semi-automatic models offer flexible operation, while fully automatic models perfectly meet high-output line demands, improving packaging appearance consistency.

Inkjet Printer
Used to print production dates, batch numbers, QR codes, and other information on bottles or labels. Employing non-contact printing, it offers high speed and clarity, enabling product traceability to meet regulatory requirements and market management needs.
